Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing date. Your catalog and order history carry over unchanged.
No data is deleted. If you have more buyers than the new plan allows, the excess buyer accounts are paused and you choose which remain active. They can be reactivated by upgrading again.
No. Buyer portal access is free for your buyers on every plan. You pay for the account; buyers simply log in and place orders.
No. SupplyDesk operates independently of QuickBooks for orders, catalog, and buyer management. QuickBooks sync is available as an option on Growth and Enterprise plans.
There is no long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, or annual for two months free. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
